The Manor House

A true Chicago historic home in the Ravenswood Manor neighborhood, our team was commissioned to perform a full floorplan redesign and build. Taking the original 1918 home down to masonry only and completing a full structural, mechanical, and finishes design/build while keeping small historic touches to meet the clients desired use and feel.
